The Zowadas: Matt, Deborah, Finn, Saoirse, and Talulah
Matt
I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona in a Christian home. I met Jesus at a young age, but it wasn't until 17 that I began to wrestle through what it meant to follow Jesus. After I finished my associates in art, I decided to go to Bible School in Michigan. As I studied God's Word, I began to see the heart of God and how He wants all people to be saved, to know Him and His Son, Jesus Christ. Knowing this, I decided to complete training with Ethnos360 to take part in bringing God's gospel to the ends of the earth. While finishing my training in Missouri, I met my beautiful wife, Deborah.
Deborah
I was born in Northern Ireland but had the privilege of growing up in Papua New Guinea where my parents were missionaries. I received my undergraduate and graduate degree and enjoyed putting my degrees to good use as the Assistant Director of Discipleship at John Brown University for a time. Through various circumstances, the Lord unexpectedly directed me to Ethnos360 Bible Institute in Michigan. During my time there He challenged my heart, through His Word, and filled me with the desire to participate in His mission of reaching the world with His gospel. I finished the training in Missouri where I met my husband, Matt, who shares the same vision for unreached people groups.
